Solution Please note for insured and trackable packages, please utilize only FedEx International Service.

Other international shipping options such as USPS, Deutsche Post use your countries mail system for final point of delivery. Also they are not trackable. As such, such shipments are good for low value items that you don't mind if destroyed by your customs or lost by your countries mail system. Only FedEx Internatonal service and UPS domestic shipments are insured up to $100 automatically.

All other shipments are not insured since your package could theoretically get lost or delayed in the mail system of your country which we can't control.

Some customer still prefere Deutsche Post or USPS mail shipments because it may provide them a tax adavantage depending on the policy of their country.

However, for complete assurance, we only recommend trackable system such as FedEx for delivery to international points.
